So that your flying experience is as smooth and stress free as possible, we recommend you arrive for check-in 2 hours before your flight departure time.

If you are travelling on a domestic service prior to connecting with an international service, we recommend that you check-in 90 minutes before your domestic flight to complete immigration requirements.

You may not check-in for an international flight earlier than the times specified below on the day of travel. International check-in commences at the following times:

• Flights from the Pacific Islands: 2 ½ hours prior to departure.
• Flights from Australia and New Zealand: 2 hours prior to departure.

  120 minutes – Check-in at least 120 minutes prior to departure time
  30 minutes – Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure time
  30 minutes – Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to departure time
